Payments or co-pays are due at the time of service. These can be issued by cash, check, credit cards, and HSA cards.

You are responsible for knowing your deductible, co-pay, and mental health benefits prior to your first session. If you have questions, I can help direct you.

If you have out-of-network benefits, you can request a superbill from your therapist to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Remember to determine-of-network benefits prior to utilizing this option.

Our fees are the following:

90791 (Intake Assessment): $200.00

90837 (53+ Session): $165.00

90834 (45 Minute Session): $120.00

90832 (30 Minute Session): $80.00
