Psychotherapy for Healing & Connection

The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a fact of life that everyone, at some point or another, faces struggles. Sometimes, in this society, it is considered more acceptable to suffer in silence than to reach out and ask for the help you need. I believe that every experience you have had, every triumph, every setback, is important and gives meaning to who you are; your whole identity. I believe that every person has the answers they need, and sometimes it takes extra work to find them. I believe that a therapeutic space, where a person can be heard and valued as a person of infinite worth, is incredibly healing.
