I believe that every experience you have had, every triumph, every setback, is important and gives meaning to who you are; your whole identity. I believe that every person has the answers they need, and sometimes it takes extra work to find them. I believe that a therapeutic space, where a person can be heard and valued as a person of infinite worth, is incredibly healing.
